Oro Sportsbar (Schloßstr. 13, Berlin, Germany)
Just as the name implies,ORO-Sportsbar is a great place for a melding
of drinks and sports. With seating for 60 inside at the bar and
seating for 100 in the outdoor beer garden, ORO is a cozy yet friendly
business poised to accommodate small and large groups of sports fans.
The bar and restaurant features large flat-screen televisions where
guests can catch the local and national games being aired, and the
outside beer garden has a large television screen as well. The bar is
also home to the Herthoro Fan Club, which encourages and welcomes new
member interested in joining.
The beer selection on tap is limited to Astra, Carlsberg and Erdinger
Hefe. ORO also has a full barwith bartenders who can make all the standard drinks and cocktails.
Sports fans don’t have to worry about building up an appetite either,
because ORO offers a menu featuring grilled food, including the
standard option of a classic American hamburger. It’s not just a place
for sports fans either; the entire family can visit ORO, and walk-ins
or reservations are both allowed.
ORO-Sportsbar is located at Schloßstr. 13, next to Charlottenburg
Palace. It is within walking distance of a variety of restaurants,
such as Opera Italiana, an Italian dining establishment. ORO is also
close to various public transportation lines, including the
Sophie-Charlotten-Platz stop on the U-Bahn line 2 and the Westend stop
on the S-Bahn ring, and is serviced by busses 109 and M45.
