You are in a party mood but you do not want to get into a packed club after waiting 20 minutes in the line? HÖRSAAL is the place to be.
A small, cosy yet familiar funky club decorated with a mix of the 50s and 70s. Retro red-purple wallpaper, disco balls, purple curtains, small stools and a football table make it one of Hamburg’s hot spots.
Its clientele consists mostly of students or people in their 20s or 30s. Here you will always find guest DJs while occasionally you can be surprised by some small concerts. In terms of music you can listen to mostly funk and soul but also rock and electro. In terms of beer we would recommend a Corona Extra or an Astra.
HÖRSAAL has also a terrace where you can enjoy your beer or cocktail mostly during the summer afternoons.
Also expect to rub shoulders with young tourists or exchange students. One of HÖRSAAL’s strong points is the no entrance fee.
It is reachable by Ubahn, St. Pauli station, and by Sbahn, Reeperbahn station.
