Edelweiss (Goerlitzerstrasse 2, Berlin, Germany)

In the heart of the beautiful Görlitzer Park you will find Das edelweiss a restaurant with a lovely terrace and a club in the first floor. Here you will also find a small pet bar.

The restaurant is a red paint salon, you can enjoy the creations of the chef which most of the times will be recipes of German cuisine , although the kitchen stuff is always open to new and easy ideas, so do not hesitate if you think you are have a good recipe. There is also a great variety of vegetarian dishes, and the restaurant is taking pride of their fresh vegetables and meat, it is also famous for their venison from the forests of Straussberg.

When it comes to drinks you will find a great variety of wines, beer and cocktails.
For this venue we would suggest a Pilsner or an Astra.

The old salon is filled with wooden tables and big leather sofas with pillows where you can enjoy the big selection of teas along with the variety of pies and desserts which are sent fresh everyday from a bakery in Treptow. The restaurant has also free WLAN.

Das edelweiss has a chest filled with blankets or pillows so you can still enjoy the sunny days of the autumn on the terrace or at the tables on the small yard. There is also a party lounge on the first floor and a space of the same size on the basement which is ideal for small concerts.

You can access das edelweiss by Ubahn the closest station is the Görlitzer Bahnhof. The restaurant is open during the winter from 10.00- 01.00.
