DUKE billard & more (Allee der Kosmonauten 147, Berlin, Germany)

For more than 15 years, Duke Billard & More has been a place for people to get together and play bar sports in a laid-back, comfortable atmosphere.

Like the name suggests, billiards are the main attraction at Duke, and it offers nine pool tournament tables for players to choose from. In addition, there are six dartboards, and even a 10-person poker table. Fans of foosball can challenge their friends to a round of kicker, and there is also an air hockey table.

There are also a handful of specials on games, including billiard discounts on Mondays and Tuesdays, and dartboard discounts on Tuesdays.

In addition to game opportunities, Duke is equipped with 15 sofas, where guests can sit and watch sports playing on the large-screen television, or kick back until it’s their turn to play. When warmer weather permits, people can sit outside to enjoy their drinks, which range from beer, to cocktails – both alcoholic and not – to specialty coffee. Smoking is allowed outside; those with electronic cigarettes can also get their fix inside.

There are various bottled beers available and four beers on tap. Carlsberg, Beck’s, and Heineken all cost less than 3 Euros. Draught beer is available in half-liter sizes for only 2 Euros on Wednesdays. Meanwhile, every cocktail costs only 3,20 Euros on Fridays and Saturdays. Duke also regularly has evenings with unique drink and game discounts.

Those looking for a bite to eat may not find entire meals, but can choose from snacks such as nachos, pizza, or hot dogs, to accompany the drinks and fun.

On most days, Duke is open from 10 a.m. until 2 a.m., but on Fridays and Saturdays it remains open until 4 a.m.

Duke Billard & More is located at Allee der Kosmonauten 147, which is in the district of Marzahn. It is close to the Poelchaustr. stop on S-Bahn line 7, and is serviced by Tram 18 and M8.
